The practice of Telehealth is the use of internet therapy which allows both therapist and client to see and hear each other to speak in real-time.

The secure Australian Psychological Society approved Telehealth system used is COVIU. You can access your session anywhere on your device. COVIU is secure with end-to-end encryption for private consultations.

You do not require COVIU on your system. Once you update your system to the latest Safari or Google Chrome for best service, you will enjoy the conveniences of quality-focused psychological intervention sessions wherever you want to be. Standard Australian Psychological Society ethical practices apply. You’ll receive an email on the day of your scheduled appointment, and all you need do is click on a link in the email to enter the video link appointment via your camera and mic on your chosen device.

The sessions are the same standard rate as the 50-minute face-to-face hour sessions of $160 per hour paid before the session through the reception office.

Telehealth offers all the same services and modalities as face-to-face counselling, please see Interventions.

At present Telehealth won’t be offered to children under 16 years of age.
